It’s that time of year when traditions are born, pumpkin carving, Thanksgiving with grandma and sweet potato casserole, Christmas pageants and cookies for Santa, and this year Disney on Ice.
For years I’ve wanted to see Disney on Ice.
Ever since I was little girl and saw Dorothy Hamill twirling in her sequined outfit I’ve loved ice skating, and I’d breakout in the Mickey Mouse clubhouse song at moment’s notice. So, I vowed that once I had kids I’d create a Disney on Ice tradition, combining my love of ice skating with my favorite Disney Characters.
We already attended the Disney Junior LIVE on Tour: Pirate and Princess Adventure and the boys’ heads exploded. They were so excited to see their favorite characters on stage.
So when I found out Disney on Ice Passport to Adventure was coming to the Quad Cities I knew it was time to make my Disney dream come true It’s my chance to create a tradition with two little boys who love Mickey Mouse and the gang just as much as I did {do}.
Do you love ice skating and Disney as much as we do?
