Welcome to the Mom Fashion Revolution

I’m wearing my PJ pants, and a slouchy {that’s the fashion word for “baggy”} sweatshirt, and it’s 1 o’clock in the afternoon. No, I’m not sick, nor have I run out of clothes. Although, the piles of laundry would lead you to believe that would be the case.

It’s an evolution from working outside the home to working at home.

In January, I quit my time clock punching job, and decided to work for my husband, from home, with the dog as my only co-worker. What this means for my fashion sense is I’ve been opting for comfort and convenience over cute and even sometimes clean.

On certain days I’m put together, matching socks, jewelry, hair styled, eye-liner, clothes that don’t look like Pajamas.

On other days I have zero f-cks to give. All I want to do is curl up with my laptop, get work done, and cuddle with the dog.

This is a revolution.

No longer should we be pigeon-holed into a specific style just because of our age or body shape. There’s a revolution coming, one in which there are no fashion rules, or office dress code, hell I don’t even HAVE to wear clothes if I don’t want to {although I probably will because it’s cold here and the dog doesn’t need to see that}

Unicorn t-shirt? Yes please.

Pink Hair? Heck yeah!

White after Labor Day? Duh…

One day you are cool fangirl mom and the next day you are running the kids to school sans bra, in your PJs with a pair of Uggs on your feet.

There is no right or wrong.

It’s time to embrace the revolution and change things up a bit.

This a solution.

To the boring, and unconventional.

Not sure where to start?

We are here for you to make sure you are a least wearing clothes {if you want to, remember this is a revolution}.

Prepare yourself, The Mom Fashion Revolution is about to begin.
