A Silent Sound Bytes of the Week

I know that sounds like an oxymoron, but seriously folks the blog has been a little quiet lately.

Unfortunately, life has been all consuming to the point that the only free moments I have are used to go to the bathroom or sleep. The mojo is waning and I’m in desperate need of some quiet time to think, and write.

Hopefully, this weekend will provide the essential recharge I need to get back in the groove. A hot date with my stylist won’t hurt either…need to super charge the red and whack a couple inches off, then I’ll be good to go.

Even though the blog may be silent, there will always be the SOUND BITES OF THE WEEK!

And it was huge! The food at White Pines was phenomenal and B2 stuffed himself on ribs and all the fixin’s. YUM!

2. “I have a good sense of smell like a T-Rex.”

Oh, the things E learns from watching Dinosaur Train. Do your kids watch it? It’s pretty cute (at least the first 20 times you watch it).

And the number one sound bite is …

1. “Jumpy the squirrel is in my pants and I’m gonna give him my nuts.”

We joked with E that he had ants in his pants, and he said no he had a squirrel and it just snowballed from there. B2 and I laughed so hard we cried.Well, that’s all from me for the day.
