Good evening everyone. I decided to do a special evening edition of this week’s Sound Bytes due to G’s tube surgery tomorrow. It will be good to have my baby well again. I’ll check in tomorrow and let everyone know how it went.

Another wonderful Farrellism. It seems like everything they say in class sounds pornographic, but let me tell you that was the last thing on my mind as I was trying to do push-ups on those medicine balls.

I couldn’t have said it better myself. Sometimes we need to take a step back and realize what’s important. Unfortunately, for the longest time I was stuck in a job that didn’t allow that, but my current job is AWESOME and allows me to rock out with my boys.
