A {Goofy} Sound Bytes of the Week

It’s Friday and the rumor on the street is that the “s” word will be making another appearance.

After the stellar weather we’ve had the past week, I’m sad Mother Nature will be giving us the bitter taste of winter again. It’s to be expected, but that doesn’t mean I have to like it.

I’ve had my sweet taste of sun and I want to keep drinking it in all the way to till summer. Oh, Mother Nature you are such a tease.

The weather certainly has played a huge part in our moods this week. We’ve seen less stress {me}, less craziness {E}, less tears {G} and less complaints about shoveling {B2}. Which means we’ve been a little giddy and goofy because the sunshine and warm temps are going straight to our heads like champagne on New Years eve.

So, brace yourself for some interesting Sound Bytes of the Week…and some interesting photos to go right along with them. {interesting is my polite word for goofy, silly or just weird}.

3. “Ok now grab your balls.”
Seriously, EVERY time I go to the gym, something which seems so normal sounds so pornographic. FYI…it was our medicine ball…not ahem…you know.

2. “Hi Chum.”
From now on if E sees you he will call you Chum. That’s what Batman calls Robin you know.

1. “I better skedaddle.”
I’m not sure where E heard this, but he says it all time. All over Target he yelled it, much to the enjoyment of the other customers.

He’s VERY fast when he’s skedaddling

So there you have it. Our goofy, silly and weird words of the week.
Did you hear anything crazy this week?

Are you ready for the weekend. I’m going to be cruising Pinterest trying to find goodies to make for the big game on Sunday. I’ll admit that unless the Bears are playing, I pretty much just watch the Super Bowl for the commercials…what about you?

Well, I must skedaddle and head to work. Make it a good weekend…but don’t get too crazy.
